Rules:

  • Courtesy and adherence to tennis etiquette are expected at all times. Profanity and abusive language are not tolerated.
  • Appropriate tennis shoes must be worn
  • Appropriate tennis attire (pants/shorts/skirt & shirt) to be worn at all times (we do not require “all whites”)
  • Club property is to be respected
  • Members should assist in keeping the grounds and pavilion neat and clean by using the appropriate garbage and recycling containers
  • Pets are welcome as long as they are leashed and quiet. There is a place to tie them up and a water dish is available. Please respect the “poop & scoop” policy and pick up after your pet
  • The consumption of alcohol and/or any controlled substances on the property is strictly prohibited

Court Bookings Rules:

To book a court, click on Bookings in the menu. 

  • Booking Doubles/ 2 hrs:  In addition to your own family membership name, you will be required to book a second family membership name as your opponent.  Also, please follow the existing SSTC etiquette when booking morning doubles: Reserve 8:30 to 10:30 or 10:30 to 12:30.
  • Booking Singles /1 hr: Select 1 hr, as the default is 2 hrs.  Only your family membership name is required ie no opponent is entered.
  • Booking of one court per family membership per day is allowed.  You may book a second court on the day of play, if courts are available. Booking opens 7 days in advance at 8AM.
  • Please cancel your booking ASAP if you are unable to place as the courts become busier in the summer months.

Summer Tournament Finals on August 26th and 27th 10:30am

The summer tournament finals for Men's Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Ladies' Singles will be held on Saturday, August 26th at 10:30 am, schedules and weather permitting. The Men's Singles final will be held on Sunday at 10:30 am.  

Reminder: SSTC AGM 2023 on Saturday, August 26th at 2:00pm
