Summer Tournament Finals & Final AGM Reminder

The 2021 SSTC Tournament has lived up to its promise of being a great way to meet and play with new members in what have been some hotly contested but all very fun matches over the last few weeks.

The final matches are almost all set and we invite everyone to come watch the action Saturday & Sunday August 28th & 29th! The Men’s and Ladies Doubles final matches will be played on Saturday, 28th at 10:30am and the Mixed Doubles and Singles final matches will be played Sunday, 29th at 10:30am. Come out and enjoy the fun and cheer on our finalists – there will even be coffee and muffins!!

Our upcoming AGM is this Saturday, August 21st, 2021 at 2:00PM on the SSCA lawn (bring your own chair). After the AGM, please join us for a social/round-robin at the tennis courts.

All members are invited to attend the Meeting. Any members who are unable to attend the Meeting in person are invited to complete, date and sign the enclosed form of proxy and email/hand deliver to the President Nancy Bowen or Secretary Susan O’Reilly prior to or at the meeting. The proxy is found within the SSTC AGM 2021 Package.

Alternatively, Members may provide express and specific written direction addressed to the President, in writing, by regular mail or electronically prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.
