Held at the Community Center, Frying Pan Island, July 28, 2018, at 10:00 am

Special Guests: Tom Pinkham (President Manitou), Sandy Boyd, David Bywater (GBBR), Bill Lougheed (GBLT), Rupert Kindersley (GBA) Peter Ketchum (Retiring Reeve, TOA), Bert Liverance (Councillor, TOA), Rick Zanussi (Councillor, TOA), David Ashley (Councillor, TOA).
Eric Armour, SSCA Board President, chaired the meeting; Isabel Treichel acted as Secretary. Fifty-eight persons signed the attendance sheet. A quorum of members and directors was confirmed by Isabel .
