The SSCA AGM will take place at the SSCA Schoolhouse on Sunday, July 20, 2025. You can attend in person or remotely on Zoom. If you cannot attend the meeting, A SSCA primary member can vote using a proxy. Breakfast to be provided. See information provided below:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Sans Souci & Copperhead Association will be held on Sunday the 20th day of July, 2025, at 9:00 am at the Schoolhouse for the following purposes:

  1. To consider a resolution to approve the 2024 Financial Statements
  2. To consider a resolution to approve the slate of Directors
