Aquafit

Aquafit is an excellent cardio workout. These classes are for anyone- from the endurance athlete to individuals looking to increase their fitness. Iinstruction, music, lifeguards and belts (there are 10 available) are provided.Cost is $5. Register at sscaprogams@gmail.com
